Metamorphic

Metamorphic is a mixed-media work inviting viewers to contemplate and explore radical fluidity as an embodiment of queer identity and its relationships with nature. By using photography and 3D graphics, the project highlights connections between queerness and the natural world, erasing the traditional distinctions between the non-binary agents whether they are human or not. Through an ethereal and dreamlike visual exploration, the work prompts to reflect on the preconceived notions about beauty and identity. We’ve drawn inspiration from the idea of ethical symbiosis between species which could delicately coexist and form new queer ecosystems.
